All events and mall in D.C metro area closed due heavy snow blizzard

I saw all stores and mall closed in Northern VA today also all road closed too. I am sure you all guys in Northeast USA already have blizzard now.. right?
 
It is all relative. Here we had blizzard a couple weeks ago. I did not take any pictures, because I was working that day. I just checked a few of the DC news sites, and they already announced some schools closing until Wednesday. There was no work cancellations here, even though we had 9" snow with blizzard warnings of high winds and below zero temps. When I lived in Maryland, people would flood the grocery store for toilet paper and water when there was an inch of snow in the forecast. :giggle:
 
We are literally buried now...I wonder what it will look like the next morning...
 
I dunno how you guys can deal with all that snow!....Schools closed, stores closed...car won't start!...Snowed in, open the front door and snow falls in the house?? I assume you can't get to work...do you still get paid for not being able to drive or get there?...And they play "bumper cars" on the expressway in all that snow?? Slipping & sliding....slip & fall lawsuits??...How can you "find each other" in all those layers of clothing?? And impossible to read anybody's lips since I know you guys must wear ski masks......lots of robberies up north, huh??

Just kidding here!...as I sit in my warm house and wearing shorts! (HEHE!)....I know it must be bloody cold up there!

I have had enough of warm weather growing up in Phx, AZ..I LoVe this weather! Just absulotely going bananas with my pics! *see the "Who got snow" thread* hahahaha!

We just had warm weather over the summer and I was getting sick of it..I guess I am the kind of person who likes variety. Living in Phx, I never got it...too much freaking sun and too much heat!
