1) Yeah You aren't alone.. I had exactly issues like yours.. I went and brought it over bestbuy, because I purchased from BB. I talk geek guys and example them about my laptop. they saw it and they said, can't fix that.. I was like "WHAT"!? i asked them, you dont know how to fix that issuse? they said yes they cant do that, because they don't have any specify disk to fix vista os for network. they suggest to reformatted the harddrive or exchange another notebook... again, I was little anger: I was like surprise and said what, what? are you kidding? i made good point and little offense them. they started to be frustrate and got me on their nerves. Because I wanted them fix vista OS instead of exchange another notebook. they refused to fix it. no excuse for geek quads.. I fed up and said go ahead to exchange it.
2) Yeah I've read some argue with others in their posts about GTA's issues for video card from another forums for mainly pc and pc gaming.. however follow the
minimum system require:
OS: Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 / XP - Service Pack 3
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 Ghz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4 Ghz
RAM: 1.5 GB Vista / 1 GB XP
Hard Drive 16 GB Free Space
Video Card: 256 MB Nvidia 7900 / 256 MB ATI X1900
see that?, Mmm I understand that what you fussy about video card for games's graphics.. whats your currently video card specs in desktop pc now? I just curious..
3) Yeah I aware of those running DDR3.. its is very expensive range $ from 200 to 4k. I honestly don't worry about video card, but make sure video card is high quality and highly memory rams (512BM -1GB) for games's requirements..
4) Yeah, You trying to hook up your rig on big screen hdtv or monitor?
