I saw that old video of her on Youtube. She looked so happy.

Yes , she did looked so happy and lively ! It so heartbreaking to think of how
young girls and boys that were murdered by that monster , hitler!

Yes, my family knew a lot of survivors. The people we knew are all dead now, but they never recovered from the trauma of so much loss.

In case anyone is wondering how I did it, I just clicked on the original link... then clicked on that video. That took me to the original YouTube page. From there, I was able to get the correct URL to use here in AllDeaf so that the video appears embedded. :thumb:

Anne Frank's Diary is one of my favorite books! I have already seen several plays too! It's the first time I get to see a video of her. Yeah, she looks happy. She was witnessing a couple that was about to get married... :D
 
Oh, wow! That's very rare video of Anne Frank. I remember readin' a book about her. It was a Diary of Anne Frank book. She was very happy girl until her final days of life.
 
I dunno why but..... I didn't feel comfortable looking at Anne Frank as a live person in video. It's as if I'm looking at ghost :cold:

I prefer to know her as the person I created in my head when I read her diary when I was young. :dunno:
