I been watching the news today and no one has said anything about it.
 
another point: if the chandler family lied and recieved 25 million for it, they will all go to prison for fraud and become broke... i doubt they would "feel guilty to make a confession" enough to risk that
 
If this ever does become true, the boy and his family r big time finished. There's too much at stake if the boy did lie about the incident and confessed.
 
I've always blame it on the parents. why leave someone who is not likely to look after your children -- being famous does keep person too busy to even look after your child, and worst, leaving their children with a famous person put your child at risk around strangers who are far more likely to hurt your child -- rather it is rape, drugs, or maybe just plain dangerous like attempting to shoot at MJ (think John Lennon) or even push your child without consideration just to meet MJ .

While I would agree to confirm the facts, I would still say that too many people assume guilt whenever there is a settlement out of court. Remember there was never any evidence other than hearsay. My guess is that Michael was "advised" to settle out of court due to the extensive costs and the fact he had an upcoming tour. I am not saying the guy was innocent or guilty but only pointing out what I know to be true. Don't assume guilt just because of a settlement. (I don't mean that at you personaly but more as a general statement.)

Even if the boy was telling the truth, it kind of makes one wonder. If I had kids who were molested, I wouldn't settle for anything less then jail.

The father's actions are very dodgy if you ask me. I mean if it's true his son was molested, why settle for money. Like turning your child into a prostitute.
If He made his son say that and it wasn't true that's bad too of course. Whatever the truth was. His actions were still extremely dodgy to make money out of something like that.

I'm curious also. Does anyone know if this is the only case against MJ of child abuse or are there any other children involved from seperate sources?
 
I wish people would stop digging up crap. He's dead and gone. Let it go. If he was guilty of the crimes, then take solace in the fact that he can never hurt another child. If he was innocent, well, then he was innocent.

the latest thing is, the exploitation is now being used as a gimmick to get people attention to advertise crap... :roll:


look at the sources from the sites listed in the google search. if you visit some of those sites a pop-up of a pretty girl wanting to chat or webcam will show. that is a really link to porn sites... so basicly these stories are showing up in blogs, facebook, web tabloids and others sites for millions of people to see. the purpose is to create attention for links that are advert. sites for porn and other stuff... exploitation at it's finest :sure:

Anyone who is a moderator reading my thread, please lock it down since there appears to be no other proof relating to the source that I've shown so I apologize for bringing this information too early when there are not any other sources telling us about this.

there are several other sources. Just google it up to see them
 
I googled again. no credible site is reporting the story


here is a screen shot of a website reporting the story. (notice porn pop up in corner)
