Confirmed heading coffin.

If anything happened to Michael, I'd cry. I really enjoy his music especially songs from his Thriller days. Call him a freak if you want, but you can't take away the fact that he made good music.

This is true. Regardless of how we feel about him, he made awesome music. I, especially, liked the music from the 80s. Beyond that, I pretty much "outgrew" him, but I can still appreciate his awesome talent.

The local radio station is playing all MJ songs. In tribute to the pop icon. Back in the 80s is when I listened to him. Same as H.A The Thriller album was cool!

I wonder what will happen to his children.

My 12 year old daughter and her friends love the song, "Thriller" so even with this young generation, he is well-known. He is definitely a huge legend despite his personal problems.

Agreed. No matter what your feelings toward him personally were, the world has lost a tremendous talent. It is a sad day, indeed.

Yeah. I listened to "Thriller" so many times that I could recognize the song right at the beginning.

Babyblue,

Thriller was a great album! So was his 1979 album Off the Wall.

I think I'm going to pay tribute to Michael for the rest of the day by playing his music.

Again, may he RIP. :(

Nearby ucla med center right now.. the buzz is that he's said to have passed away. Everyone around here that's heard it is trying to go to the hospital and id reckon they're going to start having law enforcement to keep it from going wild soon.

Exactly. I don't approve of his actions at all, but I do love his music. I don't really care for the music he made in the 90s or today, but everything from the 70s and 80s was brilliant.

I also thought the moon walk was awesome! He makes it look like he is just gliding backwards. :)

I remmy much farther back than Thriller. I can remember watching the Jackson 5 on the Ed Sullivan Show. His star was bright even back then.

RIP, Michael, and thank you for giving the gift of your talent to the world.

The Jackson 5 was great as well! I remember seeing clips of him on Ed Sullivan on TV myself although they were reruns. I wasn't born until 1970, so that was before my time. Still a great talent back then!
