They did say he was in a coma, but just right now at this moment, CTV just announced, "Michael Jackson has died."

EAch news station got conflicting reports from the EMTs and MJ's spokespeople...well, it seems to be finally confirmed. On my FB, almost everyone is commenting about hearing about it from different news sources and all of them are now saying the same thing.

How do I know? Look in CNN.com - Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment & Video News and the hospital spokeperson can not release the information due to federal privacy law, if the person still alive can't release the information, but if already dead, they are allow to release the information.

There is often a time delay in getting news placed on websites. The local news channels get their information from the AP in REAL time. I would think that the reports are true and he is dead.

He also reportedly had lupus for years. This is often a fatal disease, especially if the person has had it awhile.
 
Doesn't matter, if he did have cardiac arrest and was not revived in time, he's dead. If he's in coma, he's still brain dead.

NBC Nightly News is reporting his death.
 
If this is true, this is sad. 50 is such a young age to lose one's life. :( May Michael RIP.

That is sad very reason famous MJ.... it is shocked!
 
They say famous deaths always occur in threes. First it was Ed McMahon, then MJ and now Farrah Fawcett. :(
