Back to future: Veditz envisioned the world of videophones!

and funny is that the Bell System previewed the VP at the 1964-1965 New York's World Fair. I knew one person who actually did try the Picturephone at the NYWF when he visited there.

No wonder why the 1964-1965 NYWF was my favorite world's fair even though it was held 7 years before I was born.
 
This proves one thing... the idea of Videophone is not even new.

Many of you have frustration and problems with Videophones, think this way... How long did we reach the achievement of a functioning videophone? The answer is obviously, so because Videophone finally became a reality, but there is plenty of work ahead and I trust that they will improve over time so all VRS companies need is your patience. This applies to hearing people back then when they finally have their telephone infrastructure. Believe me, back then it was not clear, and was not perfected until about 1980's when Fiber optics indruduced as infrastructure backbone, it finally became as if you are calling to next door. This thing WILL happen with videophone just that it needs time.

Some of you are thinking of Holgram VRS, or terp, man! this is gonna to be a reality someday, who knows?
