Mods: I remember posting this somewhere but it buried. If it had already been posted please merge the thread.

I just went though some threads and come to some posts from unwelcome guest which is not a member of AD with n/a posts, how did they post without registering first?

From what I understand, those are previously-active posters who no longer posts, so their status reverts to "n/a". Happens on other forums that I didn't post for a long time - my post count disappeared and went to "n/a".

Ummm, It say "Guest" as a username? :dunno:

They were previous members, they asked for their account to be removed, so that's why you see n/a. ;)

It just means that there were former AD members who happened to be registered and later on, got their username removed/deleted from the forum.

Most of the time when their username account is removed, it will show up as a 'Guest; with n/a posts.

I see, but according to Alex
6.) Members are not to request for removal of their accounts unless they have a very good reason. If you simply change your mind and want your account removed, I'm sorry but that's not going to happen.
So they had a reasons to remove their account?

That is because, too many times members had asked for their account to be removed out of anger because of something happened on AD. That's why Alex posted that rule because he doesn't want members to regret asking for their account to be removed. But, supposedly you asked for your account to be removed, and haven't posted in, let's say 6 months, then Alex will removed your account. I guess it depends. :dunno:

Ok thanks :ty: eveybody. Mods, you can now close this thread since it serves its purpose.
