That is why limit small program cpu is computer: mobile amd athlon(tm) XP 2200+ 518 MHz, 480 MB of RAM

that is problem doesn't help show up freeze well I understand difficult to laptop is called emachine i don't know what is happened I wonder I think so freeze or webcam doesn't work short to limit laptop.;.. i can help teach me study how can you know explain to computer?


I hope be teach find download can wreck up i don't know what is happened... I tried. I understane difficult.....

The Reason is that system crashes is that CPU cooling fins are clogged such as cat's fur, carpet fizz, dust ect. The only solution is to use computer duster with 'straw' to blow it out through the vent hole. If not resolve, the drastic way is to take it apart into million pieces (which I did on my Acer Aspire) and clean it. CPU need to kept cool at all time so it won't crash.


Remmy that laptop's cooling fins and fan are in very cramped place between top and bottom covers. That's the way it design. Also if your Emachine laptop is clean but kept crashing. Try raise back bottom of laptop to allow air fan from bottom to keep airflow going such as book, little rubber stick-on coaster ect..

Sometime RAM memory is going bad (not always the case but rare).

Check if you have enough drivespace on hard drive. If your harddrive is full then it cause problem with program. The only way is to delete unneccessary programs or save up pictures and personal information to CDrom or USB Flash drive. Be sure you have enough drivespace for virtual ram swap.


Some programs you install can cause crashes. If your system ran fine until you installed one program and afterward it crashes. Delete the one that cause problem.

Not true, it's about motherboard, eMachines have bad motherboard that cause OS to run so unstable.

It depends. I believe it's a laptop mobo which is a problemic. This probably why it's actually a Gateway mobo rebranded to Emachine. (remmy that Gateway own Emachine)

But if it's a desktop mobo. It is typically a MSI, Asus, and name of few good mobo co. They buy mobo and reflash to rebrand it to Emachine. I got lucky to have actually a MS-7093 mobo when it used to be a Emachine MS 7184. There's no MS-7184 in MSI mobo search but found it on google search.

I figure out think so you should be let know make sure laptop match on ram you should be buy ram for hardware for speed more increase you limit for program small how many program is reason you know frozen on laptop that is not easy perfect. I understand I frustrated well difficult to complication to hardware doesn't know what is happened you know should be fix on laptop tell profession help you fix on laptop I hope you fix on work still fine no everything well I understand I am willing to try best do focus on your laptop.. it is very complication to PC. i don't know what is happened.. I know not perfect. I know well I think so perfect... I understand..

I know company kind of laptop brand,

I try better match upgrade for microsoft....
