If you read at the end, it's not the only incident involving a rod in that area. They've had others. That goes to show that it's a mess and dangerous to be anywhere there. :(

Oh, wow! :shock: I couldn't believe it. He is very lucky to be alive! I am glad his doctors helped him. Blessed his doctors.
 
That's awful. And just at a family gathering at a home.

hopefully, they will set up some sort of regulations. Maybe that will help prevent those types of accidents from happening.

Glad the child is O.K. and recovering.
