Ok. Then it is your problem, not mine. I thought Ozzy was HILAROUS, because my older brother LOVES him and I remember listening to it constantly when I was growing up.

That's perfectly okay. Everyone's entitled to like who they like. I have weird tastes myself that range over many music genres. Right now I'm loving Josh Groban. He is a brilliant classical singer.

Well, from what I can garner.
Basically Hear Again came forward and said she likes the Bee Gees.
faire_jour took her quote and said she laughed for other people laughing at her for listening to B Gs, okay -- nothing serious here, it's an lighthearted laugh.
Hear Again likes Ozzy. She at first seems sarcastic to faire_jour's response and replies about it.
faire_jour uses a ROFL icon.

I don't know, it's provoking in a way but probably better to drop it. To each and everyone their own music. Its not like they have to listen to what you listen to.
I can come out an say I like a song in the Bee Gees too, wanna laugh at me?

How on earth do I have a lack of compassion and caring for other people? Because I dared make a joke about an artist that another person liked? Why am I not getting the same kind of sympathy for the crack about what I like because she "was in the mood for a good laugh"? This is really ridiculous. I refuse to apologize because I did nothing wrong. I have never attacked another person here personally so I have no idea why I "make (you) ill".

And for the record, I do not have bipolar, but my mother does. I actually spent the first 18 years of my life with an unmedicated bipolar individual. I know how it goes. I have a serious mental illness (actually anxiety and personality disorder which I choose not to disclose) that I am well medicated for, but that does not prevent me understanding when a person is joking.

Just drop it, all of you. There wasn't anything to gain out of both sides on the matter. Don't drag it through the mud more than it needs to be. Most people have moved on, stop looking back to reply about it.
