Resistance and Gears of War both made their debut in the same year for PS3 and Xbox360.

Now This year as of 2008 is at it again for two big gaming monsters.

Resistance 2, taking place this time in America and is one of the most acclaimed FPS since Halo, but not completely an Halo killer, which is good thou cause games that TRY to be a Halo killer gets an epic fail.

Gears of War 2, on the other hand, is another acclaimed third person shooter not literally an Halo killer either so far its still one of the best action packed games I ever played.

Which would you rather get and play? for me, Im definetly getting both. But which do I like better? I say Gears of War. Totally insane and gruesome but still one of the best bad ass games I seen in decades.

Resistance is great also but not very hardcore fan of Resistance but of course I am getting the collector's edition cause of that statue which would look very nice on my desk. I love Resistance and it is fun, but I still love Halo better. :P

Gears of War 2!

I choose Gears of War Two! I think this could possibly be the most selling game than GTA4.

Halo 3: 200-300 Million

GTA4: 400-500 Million

GOW2: 600+ Million

That's my guess, oh baby! I can't wait for GOW2 this friday!

After that it's time for CODWAW
CODWAW: Call of Duty World at War.
I played the Beta Version with Dr. Strangelove and it's AWESOME!
 
I watched my friend play Gears of War 2 last week. Very impressive game. :)

Yep, it's the life-sized replica of the main weapon in the game. He ordered that and got the game with it. The game also included extra stuff like the book describing the game and characters plus a few other things.
 
I voted Gear of Wars 2, which is my most favorite game for 360! Unforuntely I can't buy any PS games such as Resistance 2, because I don't have PS3. I dont give a crap! :P
 
I just beat Resistance 2 last night. It is pretty good and better than the first but...I wasnt completely impressed with the sequel. Why? The game is too short. The ending yet left us another fucking cliffhanger. And last, but not least the game is too dark as well that I often had to use the flash light on the gun to see where the hell I am going. I know it is not my TV causing the problem at all.

Overall, that game is still fun and great but more fun playing with others, actually. Resistance 2 is more of a mulitplayer game where u get ranks and shit and the story mode is just...where it left off from the orginal to the next.

I was disappointed when I thought that the game will feature co-op but I guess they were not specific enough to tell us the kind of co-op the game will have. It does not have the campaign co-op as I thought it would with other games such as Halo 3 and Gears of War for others to play the same campaign online and offline.

Yet, the co-op is actually different with a side story and you only earn points when you kill the chimeras and cant continue the mission once you die in the co-op.

So I find that kind of co-op idea in Resistance 2 stupid and pointless when you can still earn points and ranks from mulitplayer.

Anyway, Resistance 2 is great, but proably not worth owning at the moment.

I do find Gears of War 2 better thou cause of actually allowing co-op campaign online/offline and mulitplayer in GoW2 is more addicting and challenging than it is with Resistance 2.

He's a video game collector. Whenever a collector's edition is released, he'll try to get his hands on one.

When he saw the lancer for sale, he had to get it. It came with the game for free.

Strangely, he got it a day before it was released. I was at his place that night when he played it... great game. :)

Gears of War 2 is epic win, and I just wanted to express that. Badass all the way around and worth every penny.

Gears fever, bizhes. Catch it!
