Provide a link please. Otherwise you are guilty of plagairism.

um... it's plagairism if I took it as my word but I said I found it from forum, didn't I? OWNZ! :Owned: Why don't you do a quick google search yourself? Copy a few lines of it and search for it. It should take you 5 sec. :cool2:

Actually, unless you cite your source, which you didn't, as stating "from some forum" is not citing your source, it is still techinically plagairism.

Why should I cite your resources for you? You posted it, you cite your sources.

:blah: It's just a comment. It's not some actual argument or fact to support my case. Just a person's viewpoint that I thought I'd like to share. And you're asking me to cite the source for that person's opinion? Lady... give it up. Have some :clit:

Yep, that's what I'm asking. If its another's viewpoint, then you need to give credit to that person for that viewpoint. Of course, the solution would be to think for yourself, and not use the words of others, especially taken out of context, to back your ideas up.

please stop trying to flood the thread. Give some room for others to read. I'm not going to bother responding to your silly request. Give it up. You're not getting it. :ty:

Just as I thought. As usual, you can't deliver. Thanks for making it so obvious.:ty:

Oh, and when did you become a moderator? Congratulations. I wasn't aware of your status.

I wonder if MCain knows how many homeowners have had their property foreclosed on?

“Of those 80 million homeowners, only 55 million have a mortgage at all, and 51 million homeowners are doing what is necessary — working a second job, skipping a vacation and managing their budgets to make their payments on time,” he said. “That leaves us with a puzzling situation: how could 4 million mortgages cause this much trouble for us all?”

oh you need a source for that too? it's John McCain's quote. :laugh2: Please do not solely blame Bush Administration for rise of foreclosure rates. It's the borrowers who were reckless and foolish to get risky/excessive loans. they bit more than they can chew

Hey now, There's no need to refute on each other. If you guys don't have anything sensible to say to each other, please refrain from doing it.

Thanks.

Oh, I see...its the borrower's fault. And I suppose the depression was the fault of the unemployed, too.

I have to admit--I am still a little un-decided on who to vote for this upcoming election as I am now waiting for McCain to choose for VP.

Anyway I got this message in an email and wanted to pass it on to you folks as I thought it was

Not knowing how many homes you have is elitist. (Their holdings actually equal 11 separate residential dwellings not 7)

Not knowing how many servants you employee is elitist. ($250,000 per year spent on servants)

Consistently voting for laws that benefit the upper 5% is elitist. (Charles Keating)

Claiming you've only reached status of rich when you hit $5 million is elitist.

McCain 2006 Avg. Net Worth: $36,000,000.00
Obama 2006 Avg. Net Worth: $800,000.00

John McCain of the rich, for the rich, by the rich.

depression? we ain't in depression, silly. you're in wrong century.

give Obama 10 years... he'll be making millions and doing same thing like all politicians. several houses... several servants... they're all the same. Obama ain't no goddamn saint.

It's the title of a book. It's not a presidential candidate.

Of course I know "The Lazy Millionarie" is the title of a book. Don´t you read that I use both comma before type the title of a book "The Lazy Millionarie " ?

Do you have the problem with anyone who make millionaries themselves?

I see why not if anyone work hard to make profit themelves into successful business owner or whatever with their OWN good talent... :dunno:

Thanks for sharing that, Byrdie!

depression? we ain't in depression, silly. you're in wrong century.

Did you notice the word "was" in my original, post? That means my reference to the depression was the past tense. Past tense indicates something that has happened prior, not something that is happening currently. To make it clear, I was drawing a parallel between your blame of the victims in the current situation of foreclosure, and a blame of the victims for creating the Great Depression of last century. In addition, the second sentence was one of a sarcastic nature. Really, jiro, you simply need to take a bit more time when reading, and not take everything at surface value. There are subtle meanings and implications that you continually miss. Perhaps the failure to look deeper than what you see on the surface is the reason that you continue to come up with such innane and shallow explanations and solutions.
