If he's hired anywhere it will likely be somewhere that isnt a food establishment. People like that are the ones that need to be digging ditches for $2.00 an hour.
When I worked at Taco Johns, we followed DHS Food Safety codes to a T. Not one thing was off. If we started cutting corners here and there, our butts would be chewed and we would have to re-clean and sanitize everything. I remember one night, one kid goofed up, and our off time was at midnight, we stayed until 2:00 am re-cleaning everything. It was a pain in the ass but I felt safe about anything there, and still do.
