Hey Byrdie714

Oh yeah. BIG TIME!

You'll live through it and be better for the experience! I've made it through a couple of those buggers, and its amazing the comfort with yourself that you find on the other side.

Yeah I know but it can be a real ""-opener!

Yeppers! Little bit of a change in self concept going on there, and no change is easy or comfortable, even the minuscule ones. But you come away from it liking yourself just a lttle more, and being a little more satisfied with your life if you just go with the flow. I've actually found this kind of transition to be a positive in the end, even though it can be a struggle when you are going through it.

And a lot of self-reflection as well....

And a lot of self-reflection as well....

Self reflection is good. Too few people engage in it. It gives you insight into what needs to be changed and what doesn't. Allows us to see where we are engaging in behaviors and attitudes that were once functional, but no longer serve the prupose.

Just don't get caught in the trap of self rumination. We can't change the past, but we can use it as a guide to make the future better. And chances are, your relfection will show you that you have done much more right than you have done wrong. Use those strengths to move forward with confidence.

Yes and it's also about some of the personal goals one has set and what has been accomplished and what hasn't.

As well as creating new ones...

And I am reminded of a quote: " Life is a journey, not a destination. "

An excellent quote. Enjoy your journey. Its the process that is more important than the outcome. Once you reach where you are going, your destination changes.

Happy "late" Birthday Byrdieee!!! may all your dreams come true, have a wonderful birthday dude,..
