That kind of thing will not make me hate the company either. It was a specific employee that did this and proper action is being taken.

Yeah, me too. I would still shop at that company. Its about between the company and SGT, not us. We only view on both side, what right or what wrong.

Yes, that´s right. To me, 2007 is not old but I wasn´t realize that anyone have the problem with that date.

I don't have a problem with it being from 2007. 2007 or 2008, what's the difference? There's still a war going on and this incident could have happened yesterday. That's what this thread was for - to get opinions about it.

Anyways my opinion is that I'm glad that employee is gone - he/she deserves to be. Doesn't matter what that employee's opinion was, it was not appropriate for a company employee to voice personal opinions in a business setting. Even so, our soldiers can't just "pull out of Iraq" just like that -- and even if we could, this is a War on Terror, not just a war on Iraq. Our soldiers are trying to protect our country and other countries from harm.

Maybe he or she did try. Who knows! Life don't always go the way we want and sometimes others get blame for something they didnt do. If that was the case, I know how that person feel.
