My bad squirrels

My bad squirrels.

I have one who lounges on the bench all day, except when he eats.

Sometimes he takes a break between the bench and raiding the cardinals' bird feeder.

Then he steals the sunflower seeds from the cardinals' feeder.

While his fellow bad squirrel raids the hummingbird feeder and chugs down the nectar.

Then it's nap time again.

Evidence of squirrel raiding the hummingbird feeder. He pulled out all the "flower" plugs from the feeder. :mad:

squirrel ruin your garden OMG surprised that is not nice! I wonder squirrel expert to on garden!
 
I have a porch swing bird feeder that the squirrel(s) like to sit on while dining on the bird seeds.
The squirrel(s) like to lift the roof on the suet feeder & remove the suet.
 
The squirrels chewed through the wiring on my brother's deck. They had to pay a lot of $$ to rewire it.

one of my neighbor keep his motorcycle in the garage and he said the chipmunks chews on the some wires and it cost $$4 to fix it. I had a mouse build a nest in one of my cars and I had to evict them and it cost me $$$ and I got no rent from the mice.

We have a squirrel who lives in our yard that has been there since it was a baby. A couple of years ago, it was laying in the front yard looking like it might die. My husband took nuts and water out, and it lived and grew up apparently without a mother.

It still runs and watches to see if my husband will throw it food when it sees him.

Squirrels are really the best wild animals at coexisting with human civilization.

City squirrels usually die by being run over, and country squirrels of starvation.

I kept finding walnut shells in my back yard and we have no walnuts trees . A woman lives a few building down from me feed the squirrels walnuts. And the funny thing was the people next door to me have flower pots on their deck and they kept finding dirt from the pot on the deck . The husband dug into the pot and found walnuts buried in the dirt! The squirrels where stocking nuts for the winter .

Those porch swing feeders are cute. My daughter has one in her yard.

They have plenty of other food and water. They can't even keep up with acorns we have. They don't need to steal from the birds. The squirrels also destroy the feeders.

Yep. They've chewed holes into our shed and attic. We had to do a lot of repair work. We used to have a purple martin house with lots of little "apartments." The squirrels removed all the partitions and made a penthouse condo out of it for their family.
