i didnt post about what happens on July 3 but im still fight for justice this unknown boy but i do still on cases about this boy and i wanted him in JAIL! include charges for theft,stealing and felony also but i told police explain what happens and what boy looks like but i dont know what boy's name,ages..im still search find right lawyers and police include case i wanted tell truth in court..

my iphone 4 is white and still gone for four days im still justice for my iphone 4back i told my mom i wanted justice for this boy and he will get off street and no bonds but i told police explain about this and my mom really shocking! but im so victims of iphone 4

im sure police would arrest this boy ASAP

my mom find dumb phone number who did called but i didnt know who is but i wanted let police include traced this phone number and arrest also..

I got iphone 5 on July 4th

im tell you what happens im wait for bus and boy wait around near me and he grab my iphone 4 without my permission but im so upset and im so pissed off im hurried asked for called police ASAP its urgent..

but im still not in mood for 4 days but im ok now

i always careful to carry my iphone 5 and ipad in my purse i should spray on BOY!
 
Sorry about getting your iPhone stolen :(. How old was the boy? Was he underage?
 
Sorry about your phone. Can't they trace the location by GPS?
 
I'm pretty sure you can have it turned off, your insurance, if you have it would cover a new one, which apparently you must, since you got a new phone. But um, the biggest point would be....it wouldn't be a felony charge, and it certainly wouldn't be worth lawyer fees, not that you'd have to pay for one unless you wanted to sue him over it, but again, it wouldn't be worth it.

You got a new phone, no worries, karma will take care of him.

That was my first reaction, that lawyer fees and such were not worth it. Reason I asked if he was underage was because I wondered if the kid grew up in a "bad" (abusive maybe?) family and never knew better because he had been taught to steal. Just Oink over thinking this XD.
 
I dont know boy's ages and his names till he get arrest! I already told police but my mom did makes lists on number on craps and let police know i wanted justice so badly!

That's correct - iPhone 4 is less than $1,000 so it won't be felony in her state.

but in my state, it is felony if it is over $500.
 
NExt time, check in icloud.com and see if you can track the iPhone, if you lose it. This helps you track the phone and find the 'boy'. Like the others said, I think getting the lawyers involved is a waste of time, and it doesn't seem like a felony charge to me. It may be a troublesome boy, let it be - karma will get to him one day anyway.

Just be glad you have the iPhone 5. Best recommendation, download 'Find my iPhone' app and leave it there, so you can track it anywhere when it is lost or stolen. The latest iOS 7 in fall will streghten the security of the iPhone, when it is being stolen because it will become useless to them.
 
next time, just buy a CHEAP mobile, not Apple, why? get expensive mobile? WASTE OF TIME
 
IPHONE is too common to be stolen. Two of my employees iphone got stolen recently in our office. uh oh.
 
Phone, green bucks, etc. Be aware of your surrounding all the times!!! Yeah, cheap phones would be better if you are in area that is highly rated for robbery. However, I think that being aware of surrounding is more important than what you have. People may steal anything they can get their hands on.
 
It's kind of dumb to steal an iPhone, you can't use it after. The person that had it stolen will have have it turned off, get a new one with same number and the old phone will become a paperweight. Then if they take it some where to get it activated and a plan for it they're going to want to know where you got. And they verify what you tell then. Example, my mom upgraded to the 5, and she sent her 4 to me. So I went to Verizon with my droid and the 4 get it set up. They wanted to know where I got it, so I told the lady and then she called someone, if I remember right I had to give them my mom phones number, any they checked my story with someone before they'd activate my phone.

Yes, one of most common stolen phones. They usually sells overseas, sometimes sells back. It is all too common, not much police can do and it is not felony unless one steals too many at a time. This is the reason why I wanted only cheapest and most compatible device where nobody is interesting in stealing them.

Not really, it depends on SIM card, once sold overseas, what can they do? There are many people that knows how to unlock phone and sell to anyone at premium price.

If you have Iphone and I have HTC, we can switch these device and the phone number will be switched too, due to SIM card.

My iPhone 5 have not rob yet. If adult robber who try to rob my iphone 5 and then, I can beat him up... If underage robber, I'll grab his hair unless hand it over me before let him go.
 
Good luck! This is rare because most thieves are too smart, they wait until right time where you would least expect and would not have enough time to react and its too late. I have seen video how it was stolen, wow! What if the thieves on motorcycle and had rider behind grabbed your phone, how are you going to catch them? You can't outrun motorcycle.
