When you'r blue?

I excersise by cranking the music up and practicing bellydance techniques til I can't any more.

I feel better afterwards, and get a good workout in the process.

I used to listen to music all the time and that helped a lot. Since I can no longer hear anything, it doesn't work anymore.
 
cry non stop and then I yell at people for the most senseless and random things... not cool
 
I'm thinking I am BiPolar and will be checking with the doctor when I next go. I have lots of ups and downs and all. Most of the questionnaires that I have seen with the symptoms, I meet most but not all. There might be 1 or 2 that I don't meet.

Saw the doc today. In reviewing my medical file and talking with me. I do not have BiPolar. He will do further exams to see and may refer me to a psychologist. He thinks is some kind of anxiety disorder. I have been told by a couple of people who are MSW's or LCSW's that I was OCD and had Situational Anxiety Disorder.
