We were taught that sign you described was for PALE, and that the PEACH sign was used for Caucasian. Have you ever seen that used in your area?

I have not. But I stick close to home so it certainly does not mean that it isn't.

Botti is right as well. However it depends on the hand position because the above description could also mean "sunshine".......
