We have Fuddruckers here, been a long while since the last time I eat there. I like eating Kobe beef (more lean).. they also have exotic beef such as Buffalo, Elk, American Kobe and wild boar. http://www.fuddruckers.com/exotics/ (varies by location)

Looked them up and none are "drop-in" distance. All the ones in Illinois are a few 100 miles north of me and in Missouri the nearest one appears to be in Branson (sp?).

I made it at home eggo waffles and I cooked the eggs and steak. If I had a waffle maker that would be bliss!

Cool, I'm not good with cook the steak but did great job with chicken, pork, seafood and ground beef.
