No, he served his sentence, got out in 1939 and died in Florida in 1947 of a heart attack.

He was in bad shape and treated for syphilis while in prison.

Maybe thats what I was thinking of and thought he died of syphillis but appearently not. I'm not up to date on my Mafia history obviously. :D

Since he left the room, so guess I am going to shred this letter from IRS, so that he can pay more penalties :giggle:
