Not sure about Windows 2008 or Linux Ubuntu Server Edition or Windows Vista Business 64bits. Business verison is more stable than Ultimate and Home Premium due Media Center bugged.

Why not you use your HP system and convert it to Tux box. Right now Ubuntu have new version, Hardy Heron 8.04, It is here today!! (first day of new version)

Download it and burn it to CD and install it to your HP system and make it useful. If Onboard intel graphic can do Compiz then throw in compiz toys!! LOL

My old HP is died because of CPU's pin was damaged, I just forgot about them.
