It's not unusual for an ear mold not to fit properly, which can lead to discomfort or feedback problems. Fortunately it's not a common problem, but it does happen. But a 1 month turn around time is excessive. Your order shouldn't be put at the back of the line or your audiologist should find someplace a little more convenient to have the molds made. A week to 10 days turn around is more the norm or should be.
