But you are absolutely correct and it has come to the point that it is definately my own fault for not applying this. I have no more excuses of how nice I am or patient....it has happened so many times it is showing me to be simply fearful.

sigh. What a way to run a business. I would do alot better if I was able to hire a biz manager/collections person.

On the other hand I have creditors who are being really patient with me too....

I used to work in collections and skip trace as an investigator, no thanks. You can still, however, implement your late fee on them.
