Meet the Adult Baby: Man With Infantalism

That's his mom with him, isn't it? She is grossly obese also. Something went seriously wrong in that family many years ago. How sad for both of them.

I thought it was his mom but after reading from OP...

When 29-year-old Stanley gets home from a hard day at work, he just wants to kick back with a nice bottle of milk, his pacifier and maybe play around with some Legos. As an "adult baby," the California man likes to pretend he's an infant, while being cared for by his roommate, a former nurse.

now shit just got weirder... :ugh:

According to the medical definition, You're medically obese if you're over 30 pounds or more over your ideal weight.

then Foxrac, you, and tons of other ADers are considered obese

You misread it -
A person has traditionally been considered to be obese if they are more than 20 percent over their ideal weight.

not lbs. it's percent.

the woman is definitely grossly obese but the man looks "overweight" to me. only 350 lbs.

Not really, he isn't overweight but he is in obesity group, very possibly at Class II (morbid obesity) and I'm into lower Class I. According to my doctor, they told me that I'm being obese than overweight due to weight to height ratio.

I'm currently on diet to lose weights an soon to exercise during vacation week.

Dunno about his height but even if he's as tall as my nephew who's 6ft 6" that's way over his ideal weight. For someone who's six feet six, if he weighted 350 pounds, he would be nearly 100 pounds overweight and that's if he has a large frame. With a small frame, he'd be 150 pounds overweight.

Yup, he needs to be 8'0" to be out of obesity group and it will be overweight instead.

I'm borderline morbid obese btw. I'm not as fat as the man in this picture.

either way - his weight is not an issue in here. It's this.... whole odd infantilism fetish.

True but I hope the man does not suffer from my health issues as a result of his weight.

Second here, I do have health issue with obesity, I have chronic knee sore and excessive burping but it is getting annoyed but excessive burping became less now after change in diet and lose several pounds.

 Only 350? That is a damned big NFL player, and they are athletes. This guy is obese.

did any of you actually watch the show? he has severe abandonment and issues with his biological mother and his roomate lost a child and never got over it and is still grieving..by taking care of stanley she is fulfilling her need to have a "baby" and he is fulfilling his need by being taken care of and having the mother he never had...obvs it's sad and he should see a specialist about it but if you are only reading one article and you didn't actually see the whole show don't judge

No I have not seen the show... but just by reading this thread. I do not think I would want to watch it.
