as far as body panels and newer vehicles, tell me....
I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 2wd reg cab long bed, what years are interchangeable?
usually 3 year span on body parts... so that would be 98/99/00 or 00/01/02...
Let me burst your bubble now... 2000 is a stand alone, nothing interchanges with it, as I even took the chance and tried with the fender....nope !
My 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab short bed was the same way...
Like I said research before you bark, I usually call the body shops on interchangeable years before i hit the salvage yards, the body shops know better than ANYONE...
There are a lot of "stand alone " year vehicles.... you got parts that will closely fit but just wont match up on the body lines or bolt holes to mount them. Facts!
