Haha, its different view. I look at fruit as fruit itself, as a dessert, I look at it like after you eat your meal, then dessert. I would say fruit be just part of your snack, dessert, meal or breakfast or whatever you use them. Heheh think about this is tomato a fruit or veg?

Tomato is fruit because of the seeds.
 
Fruits can be used for anything. It does not mean that it has to be for a dessert. It can even be incorporated into a salad, or into a main course. Fruits are also great for a frozen snack on a hot summer day. It is all about eating healthy and receiving the proper nutrition.

Desserts usually are considered as a "sweet" food but I am aware that there are some desserts that are not so sweet too.

Speaking of fruits, I absolutely love those fruit parfaits. They are so delicious and they do deliver right to your taste buds!
 
Fruit is fruit, is not part of the main course or a dessert.
