Guess what, Miss P?

WTG, Steel. :thumb: $7.50 an hour is not too cheesy—that’s $0.75 an hour higher than the minimum wage here in California, and California has a high minimum wage compared to other states.

LOL cookiemonster.. hahaha..

Nothing wrong with working at a job to support your family and etc pay your own bills etc and be responsible for your own life instead of someone else being responsible for yours.

I'm not working due to cts (work injury).. I would love to go back work again but waiting on tests and see what they can do for my hand. its painful and i cant hold a plate very long. i hate being helpless.. it sucks :( i want to be back out there and working my butt off! but that is on hold... sighs..

at least i do volunteer my time like help out at school and Kids first and charity works.. etc.. better than nothing... :)

Hope it is not :topic: Anyway, ever thought of getting surgery? I had mine done on my right hand 2 years ago from repetitive movement injury - too much use of my hands working outdoors and indoors. Boy, I'm really glad that I had it done. Now my left hand is starting to bother me. Right now I'm taking naproxyn to ease the inflammation then go back for 'follow up' next month.

dr said to wait.. see if brace can help ease the pains and coristene shots.. but nothing help so far? i dunno what next? this is like 3rd time i went in dr for follow up on my cts but nothing is being done. im gonna ask him to see if he can send me a referral to the hand specialist and see wht they can do for my hand. i need to use my hand as i write and sign? ughhhh

i noticed that if i use my hand too much it will get swollen and painful. I will have to take the medicine for it and let it rest. i cant do anything but do ntohing? lol..
Last sept i drove from here to wyoming.. it was painful to drive.. i noticed that.. i cant stand hold the wheel long time.. i didnt notice before cuz i didnt drive long time? u know? im gonna talk to dr about this ..

i have heard that the surgery can do the wonders .. but other friend said didnt work for her as it got worse for her? so i dunno? i guess not all treatments does work for some not for others. depend on how severe the injury is? right? hmm.. i just hope mine will be better in the end.. :)

If you decide to try some alternative treatments before you change your mind for a surgery. I strongly recommend you to see a chiropractor for special treatments. Note: Some chiropractors do not have these equipment because they cannot afford to have them for their business.

There are two special treatments that solve your problem. The treatments are:

(1) a special footbath (not what you are think of a regular bath...)
(2) erchonia laser (cold laser) - many pro players use the treatment

There is another one which called QXCI. This will analyze your body to see what cause you the problems, but the footbath and the laser are first choice for now. QXCI will be also useful after you finished the footbath/laser. These devices are non-surgery, and of course they are harmless. If you already had an operation and still bothers you, that is a permant damage. These treatment cannot guarantee you but maybe to give you more relief pain for some times. You could try them anyway.

You wanna to investigate yourself about these treatments by searching on google search. Here are some links:

Of course he can earn more than that with a college degree. Much, much more. But for now it’s a decent wage and enough to finance his immediate needs. Eventually, I’m quite sure that young Steel will obtain a college degree. And when he does, I think it highly unlikely that he will sit around on SSI, feeling sorry for himself and being an Internet message board troll.

Miss P, unless you are a beauty queen, you will never find a rich man to support your lazy bitchy azz..geez...You are pitiful!!

Miss P, what in the hell do you know about having a job. You still live with your mom and mooch off SSI. I'm willing to bet you have no bills. Fact of life, you old hag. Jobs are necessary. You think its greedy that I have to pay rent, utilities, phone bill, car insurance, gas, and groceries. Sorry we aren't handed a silver platter like you. I'd try to explain to you how the real world works, which is an amazingly simple concept, but its futile.

That's true.. money pay for clothes, foods, rent... whatever we need to live on and get by with.. living is getting expensive..

miss p.. what if ur mom died.. u will be stuck with ur moms bills and have to pay rent, electricity, etc.. by the time u finish pay all bills.. u will be BROKE.. its better to work.. i woud know cuz the money i get is not enough to pay my BILLS.. but what can i do?? im stuck right now due to my hand.. i wouldnt mind WORK and get money to pay what I NEED for my son and myself!

i guess u havent experienced living on your own... YET..... good luck!
