No it's water resistant. You can get it spalshed or be out in the rain but don't dunk it in a body of water.

those are covers to help hearing aid to be more sweat proof but not water proof and it comes with a clip to prevent from losing your aids.

Only use if not allergic to latex. Ignore what I just said I actually have Ear Gear. I was thinking of those latex ones that stretch on with a pliers like tool.
