I have watch too much crime stories. I have seen them calling fugitive as soon as crime has committed and not caught yet, even not appear in court to begin with.

something about Suspect #2 bothers me. his facial expression during whole thing. it lacks empathy or any human compassion. prior to bombing - it looks like he was getting off on it.

it's a news. a news can call him whatever they want. this same news thought it was 2 black guys. and Saudis.

Fugitive could turn out to be acquitted. Please check in CNN, FBI already called him fugitive, there is term fugitive used already.
Again Fugitive does not mean guilty of crime, just run away from crime scene and escape from court appearance.

I think you are lying. I'm watching news right now and I just checked FBI page. not a single mention of "fugitive'.

FYI - in case you didn't get a hint - I'm not interested in this conversation anymore. unless you can post a credible source that he is now called a fugitive.... moving on now.
