Just remember that the cost of living is higher in Portland, OR.

As PuyoPiyo mentioned, Vancouver is across the river with WSD--Washington School for the Deaf.

Plus the ocean is only a 2 1/2 hour drive away......

It's always been in Vancouver, secondly it has panoramic views of Portland, OR and has the largest ASL sign in the world.
