I get that sometimes if I don't wear my CI for days. It drives me crazy and I can hear what sounds like singing and it sounds like I'm listening to a radio station. The voices don't know I'm there.
 
I get tinnitus when I ride in trains under the tunnel and flying in a plane. They're so damn annoying! It doesn't bother most of the hearing riders but me! Wtf.
