Choke Myself???

What happen if I choke on something....
and can't get it out...

And nobody in the room...
and I can't breathe...

What do I do?

Should I try to call 911?
Or think I am doom?
Or kick and scream like an idiot?

IF you live in apartment you could bang so hard on wall i am sure next door can hear it or if you can walk then go to next door or have a roommate if you feel comfortable.

My mom's husband, my stepfather had a heart attack...
and she couldn't do CPR... she tried everything...
And she called 911... but the ambulance
went by her house twice...
She had to run out there and wave them...

And but too late, my stepfather died in the bathroom.

I wish to learn CPR, might take CPR class one day.
