Brag about your car's miles!

Oh damn I forgot to update the mileage on both my Isuzu and Ford...

Right now the 2001 Ford ZX2 Escort is at 157,400 miles and sitting in my daddy's barnyard for a month. I hardly drive the ZX2 as Im driving the Isuzu a LOT more. Guess its the fun of getting bounced around by the truck's suspension over potholes lol. When I get a chance to visit family, I will take the Escort out for a spin to make sure all is working in case the Isuzu gotta visit the mechanic.

The Isuzu is now at 117,300 miles. I bought it at 114,100 miles last February. Even more amazing is I managed to get a gas pig of a SUV to do almost 27 mpg mixed lol.

Not bad for a suv (gas mileage). :)

I know. The trick was just to drive like my grandpa lol that was how I got that SUV to exceed the EPA mileage figures. I did that to the ZX2 Escort getting 40 mpg in excess of what the EPA said (33 mpg hwy) But then Id get killed by the hypermilers in their Priuses lol. But can the hypermilers make 100k miles with so much abuse they put on the cars by their techniques? I doubt that.

I used to have a 1986 Corolla that clocked in at 230,000 miles. Sold it a couple years ago for $1,650 to buy a newer car.

I've just got to 150,000 miles on my 98 cavalier and just had the brakes done as well (FYI)

Forgot about my 93 F350

it have over 250,000 miles it on #1 engine then #1 rebuilt engine bore piston to 0.40 plus #3 automatic transmission. It was fleet for company you be surprise how those drivers abuse it.

Our 2001 F250 V10 have 170,000 miles those were TOW. I say without tow it would have 80,000 miles but 90,000 miles are tow 35 foot campers that weight 10,000 pounds it was on #2 trailers now since old #1 is junk due rust hole in frames.

I just passed 150,000 miles. Let's see if it hits 200,000 miles before dying. ;)

My '84 Chevy Silverado had a little over 151,000 miles on it so far... funny though, I'm still driving a truck older than me!

after I not notice that I have over thousand miles pass from what I'm suppose to replace new spark plugs. Therefore, I did. Whew. Hope it doesn't kill my car's engine.

My 2003 SUV has now 108K miles. I hope it lasts to 200K miles cuz I dont want to buy another vehicle after it gets paid off in March. HURRRY!!! I cant wait to be without a car payment!

Question...what kind of maintenance should i have performed on my SUV to keep it running? I get the oil changes and stuff. Should I get my spark plugs replaced? I want to ensure that it will keep running for another 5 years so that way I can use the money I paid each month for it to pay off my credit card debt.
