Any meat lovers out there?

Bison is quite common here in the part of northern Alberta where I live, quite delicious.
 
My personal favorite:

Steak - Vension or elk
Jerky - Bear
Grounded meat - Buffalo
 
Whenever I order pizza with unlimited toppings, I usually get all the meats (except the anchovies) with extra cheese. :)
