    I'm no expert but from what I do know... we aren't cleaned out like a hallow tube we hold stuff back in order to help continue getting any leftover nutrient from our food. It's probably a variation with daily diets not just one meal.

    fingerspelling game

    I enjoy doing this too! I do it on high speed but small letters until I am refreshed and work up to six letters but it's not easy. I have to replay a few times until I stop thinking about it and just repeat as many of the letters as I catch fast in my head. It can be fun :)

    I just started trying it because a friend wasn't happy with the new fb layout but I am not impressed yet. I also don't have as many friends I do on fb so that could be why. But I do think it could be fun but they have a few tweeks to do just yet.
