There are several deaf travel agencies available. You can google it and see what you like. Each agency have their own destination planned for each year. For example, one agency plans to have cruises to Alaska, Caribbean, and Bermuda; while others are going to Hawaii, Bahamas, Italy, etc...

You have every right and free to check prices on cruise - both public and deaf cruise agencies. The best thing you can do is to ask deaf cruise agency and see if they will price-match other competitor's pricing for you. If they won't do it, then you would be better off to shop elsewhere...
