Skyscrapers in other countries

What does that word mean? I am not american though ;)

its not really from america. it orginally came from england.

it means districts that divide sections of the city kinda like neighborhood thing. london has boroughs, too.

for example, you would say borough of manhattan, new york city, united states.
 
Abandoned skyscrapers in Ukraine or Detroit would be more fun for the indoor paintball. :deal: heh
