Actually, I used to be a missionary in Utah, and I learned that there are more non mormons in Utah than mormon. Surprised, huh?

Some are different than my mormon friend. Now I am confused about Mormon, I thought they hate pornography, drugs, etc.? Can you explain to me more about Mormon? Well, it is highly encouraged that we should not look at pornography, or use drugs.


We are only allow to choose for ourselves. We don't believe in enforce.

We mormon people aren't perfect and we try to get happiness that's all it matters. If someone don't like the idea, that's ok. Everyone have their own free agency.

Ha.. we don't convince people to get into mormon. I was a former missionary and I only share with people when they ask and want to learn.

Mormon is opposed on homosexual, from marriage to activity, also unlike other different of christianity and opposed on abortion too, also same goes on pornography.

Attend at BYU (Mormon college in Utah) isn't fun because male students aren't allow to have beard due religion issue, also no goatees too and no cross-dressing.

Mormon children aren't allow to play outside or go out to somewhere on Sunday because of big family day.

Well, there's a deaf couple who live in Alaska for years. A deaf wife is Mormon and her deaf husband is not. She don't believe in birth control pills and her husband wants her tubes tied since she has 7 children - 2 children are from her husband and the others were from her ex-husband. She refused to see doctor for tubes tied, because of her Mormon beliefs. Her husband was desperated and find someone else who is sterlized ( not gettin' pregnant ), because he don't want his wife to get another pregnant from him. Seven children is enough for him, but not for wife.

One day, one of his stepdaughters came in the bathroom while he was in the shower. She was 5 years old at that time. She was talkin' to her stepdad in the shower. He told her to leave the bathroom and she didn't. Guess what happened ? He molested her and she told someone else about it. Her stepfather got arrested for molestin' his stepdaughter. They took him to jail. He stayed in jail without a parole for life.

You see, it's why I don't believe in Mormon's doctrines. The wife refused to take birth control pills. If, she accepts to take it, then her husband wouldn't be in jail ! And, of course I knew the couple very well.

Uh? Don't believe in birth control? I never heard any of church leaders in our church said we are not encouraged using BC. I know A LOT OF women in Mormon church are using Birth control. I think its silly if someone says in mormon church that don't believe in BC. That's not accurate. So... my sisters are using BC or IUD. So.. you heard the wrong information.

C'mon, everyone who are not mormon did molested children. Everyone are making those nasty choices not JUST mormon. NO one is perfect in here. Boy.

As far as I know from my German co-worker who married to American. They are Mormon and have 3 grown children. Mormon husbands are allow to have sex with other women to protect their wives or leave their wives alone.

Therefore, the husbands are not supposed to have sex with another women. It has nothing to do with protecting their wives or leaving their wives alone. Thats pretty interesting.

Well, if he do the vasectomy, then he and his wife won't have any pleasure of sex for their own relationship. No offend to Mormons, without restricting on the medical, the wife could just accept the tie of ovary, and they could have good sex for their relationship in their own life.

Now you wondering why most of the relationship rather to do the tie on ovary than do the vasectomy.

THere are no such a thing that mormon are restricted with medical. They can choose to use the medicine, surgery, bc, vasectomy or hystecomy, etc. They are not that UPTIGHT.

Again, get your facts straight. BYU is NOT the Mormon church, but run by school administrators who happen to be Mormon. BYU is a private religious university with their own sets of rules. No facial hair on the men is one of them because they want their students to be clean-cut and presentable to themselves and everyone else. No long hair for men as well. BYU also have a Honor Code and dress code for BOTH men and women. It's the same with other religious colleges or universities where they require dress codes and "silly" rules.

The Mormons treat Sunday as the Sabbath Day and a day of rest. It is their religious belief that Sunday is the day you stay with the family and focus on the spiritual well-being of each member of the family. TV shows, video games, computer, playing outside, having a party are all considered irreverent and not "keeping the Sabbath Day holy".




PuyoPiyo said Mormons are recommended to eat "sparingly" meaning Mormons are to eat meat VERY little. The belief is that if you eat red meat all the time, it will cause cancer or other health problems. Also, Mormons are encouraged to eat balanced meals, mostly fruits and vegetables. Meat is considered as a last resort to eat if starving or famine.




Mormons are supposed to be monogamous and stay with one spouse. The LDS Church has already established the policy long time ago that a family is one man and one wife. The "mormons" you see on TV who have more than one wives are not real members of the LDS Church. If anyone was practicing polygamy in the LDS Church, they would be asked to divorce all the wives, choose one to be married to or face excommunication from the Church.

You beat me to it. Thats right what we believe in. We don't practice in POLYGAMY!! I am mormon and I am pretty selfish with my husband. I would never share with my man to another woman! ew! ha.

School Sucks!

Yeah I live in Utah and there are some rules are silly but there are another college are far worse than BYU. THere is one college in Virginia. They are pretty strict with dress codes and apperance. Women are required to wear pantyhose! Ew! I find pantyhose very uncomfortable especially with the humidity.

So all colleges have different requirements. We mormon or non mormon can choose to go or not.

Abortion can be help if accidently to sex with women, such forgot to wear condom or condom isn't work to protect so enough or condom was damaged then sperm would goes into female's body.
