All drivers expecially those in minnesota please be extremely cautious starting Feb. 9th after 1:00 P.M. because I"M GETTING MY LICENSE!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry i'm super excited YAY i'm finally getting my License and I promise i'm a pretty good driver for being a new driver. So i guess you don't have to be horribley cautious. I'm pretty scared about driving on my own for the first time how was your first time driving by yourself maybe if i have alittle feedback i won't be so scared! THANKS YA'LL

Kalista I'm scared now I already got my parents watching me, and that dude looks scary he looks like he could do me some serious harm.

Moondancer I know how to drink responsible My parents and grandparents have taught me that. So i never plan to drink and drive. because once i got just alittle tippsy and i realized i wasn't ok i was walking funky and after feeling that i can't imagine getting behind the wheel of a car after even having half a drink. Plus thank god we don't have to worry about me going out to bars for a good couple years lol. Although i already have contacts set up in case i am intoxicated to come pick me up and take me home.
 
Congrats...just let me know which side of the road you'll be on... :D :lol: (j/k ofc)

Next thing you'll know eventually is the: 'oh, take me there; go to the store and get this and that; drop off or pick up.......' ya know the drill or soon you will! .... :D

But anyhow, wtg and do drive safely. ;)

Lol Cheri i can't promise my eyes will be on the road constantly. Well probabally as long as i'm in minnesota but as soon as i move to texas i can't promise it!

My little sister is already excited about getting to have me to take her back and forth to the mall and her friends. The only thing that's funny about that is she thinks i'm going to be all cool about taking her to bf's houses but what she doesn't know is i will demand to meet them and be like mom lol. I plan on using my driving to my advantage lol it should be fun
 
Good luck with your test! Good thing I live in NC so I don't have to keep an eye on ya! :giggle:
 
I did pretty well when I first started driving. I drove for 3 years before I got a car of my own. I totaled that in 2 weeks. Pay attention to traffic lights. If the light turns yellow when you hit the white lines (that change from the segmented lines) then you don’t have enough time to make it so go ahead and slow down. Also if you are going to a job or some place and you have to be there when it is dark and you don’t know the area, do a scouting mission. Get to know the area in the daylight first. I was going to a job had bad directions was looking for the address and realized too late that the light turned red. I slammed on brakes but too late. I hit the car going through, totaled my eclipse. If I had found the place during the day I wouldn’t have killed that pretty car! LOL

Congrats... now do focus on what ya need to do driving and do remember to write down directions to places and dont be afraid to ask for advice from folks before proceeding to the specific place ya need to go to .. good luck and do be focused and not be nervous..but it's alright to be nervous..ya never know if ya gonna have success with that... and do drive carefully.. haha good luck!!
 
UH OH I better stay off the road with my new car!!!! LOL Well at least you are toooooooooooooooo far away from me so that mean I dont have to worry. :giggle:
