Annie, you're very sweet all the time, just continue to be your wonderful self. I appreciate it when someone tries to help.

Caz, please don't change anything about the way you post, I for one love the way you write. You make me smile many times throughout the day.

I learned that our camping vacation this week is going to be HOT! It's supposed to be in the high 90's with a heat index of 102-104 degrees (F). Ugh!

Yikes! Spray bottle time. Have fun!

Just found out my daughter was offered and accepted the job she has been waiting eight months for. Environmental Sicence for Irish Water.

I learned that it will cost $2,500 to remove the fallen tree from our backyard. We have a $2,000 deductible from insurance.

Waiting to learn what the cost of shed and fence damage will be.

Oh geez, did you have a storm go through? Was that last night, or an earlier storm? Been some wicked bad storms lately. So far we've been lucky up here, but we'll get ours one of these days.

OK, just saw your post about this on the weather thread.

Today I learned that teachers need more Awareness! It was disturbing to hear my teacher wanted my interpreter and myself in the corner of the room to prevent the students from getting nervous or disturbed during their first speech. Needless to say, I dropped the class. Sigh.....

WT?! How would that had made students nervous , did the teacher think your interpreter's finger might be loaded or something??

Uh, how about seeing the hand movements, even from the corner of one's eyes? Not saying the teacher was right in his/her request.

In fact, that would have been a perfect lesson for the students on how to give speeches when there are interpreters in the room.

I was shocked myself. A little distance ok but in the corner... Come on. I told him I wouldn't be able to watch the speaker then, he was fine with that. I'm just as much a part of that class, sorry to inconvenience anyone, wow...

How old it your teacher , you would think teachers be have more awareness about this today. I could see an real old teacher being clueless about this.

Boys of all ages, are suckers for a girl in a pretty dress.... watching a game of dodge ball.... has a lone girl on one side and three biys on the other.... they keep missing her on purpose and beg for other people to bring more people in... they just won't tag her out lol. So slowly the boys are being taken out... lol
