What was the last movie you watched?

During over Thanksgiving weekend - saw Despicable Me 2 & Jobs.

Despicable Me 2 is funny.

However, Jobs is terrible movie. Too many stories went blank and it seems to focus too much on Apple Inc. and so many useless scenes that they could fill in better & useful scenes.

Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer
While fixing the pipes for Dr. Crowley, a plumber accidentally unleashes an ancient curse that transform his professor's body into a monster.

The Monster Squad
The film features the Universal Monsters led by Count Dracula. They, in turn, combat a group of savvy kids out to keep them from controlling the world

The Gate
The removal of an old tree in Glen's backyard reveals a large and mysterious hole. Glen and his sister, Al, are left to look after themselves for three days when their parents go away. This is when strange things begin to happen, all of them centered around the "hole".

^^ I would have given Riddick a 7.6 of 10, not quite an 8/10 cuz in the middle it got boring with all thei shit-talk...but other than that if had they tighten up the film and maybe add a bit more of 'space scene' or 2 it might have hit an 8/10, its a good film dont wait for TV, it is Worth watching if you're into Sci-fi /fantasy, it really quite refresh from what we've seen in 2013, fantasy/far away sci-fi types, not 'space exploration' which tires me out quick...

Movies that where short stores of O Henry , 'The Ransom of Red Chief '
'The Last Leaf' and 'Gift of the Magi' . I miss one of the stories that where on TV. I hope it will be on again so I can see the one I missed. I thought the 'The Ransom of Red Chief ' was funny at the end.

We"re the Millers.......The CC was off but it was a really funny movie. I recommend it for a good laugh.

Watched A Haunted Mansion with Eddie Murphy with my 6 year old nephew. Not bad, if you are a kid...lol

Enemies are Closer - with van Dame in it, this film is a total waste of time

Saw Wolverine. I will admit that I disliked any of X-Men movies (I'm X-Men comic fan in 1980-1990 era). But this one isn't that bad - solid storyline. I preferred the original Wolverine story created by Frank Miller (I think they used same story on movie) which is similar concept.

Chronicle is an amazing movie! What I like the most about the film is once the three teenagers accidentally acquire superpower abilities, they don't go off and play superheroes. They explore with their powers throughout the film and have fun with it like pulling pranks on other people. However one of the teenagers goes dark and becomes a potential threat to the world.

Also, this movie is filmed in the style of documentary which is called mockumentary. Sometimes the movie would shot in a normal way as one character makes a video camera floating around them. I thought that was pretty damn cool.

Worth checking out.

The last movie I watched was "The Wolverine". Was it good? ...meh... I think it COULD have been. I think business side is ruining the art side, as is typical I suppose. It seems that every other year there is a new wolverine movie coming out... I give it a 4/10.

I'm currently downloading seasons 1-5 of Dr. Who. I've never seen it so I thought I'd throw myself into it.

Insidious Chapter 2

the best horror Ive seen in AGES...The Conjuring wasn't that good...THIS IS 10X Better!! love the way of old 80's style scary Scary flick comeback and Effective!

This is a true A grade horror film, much relieved it still exist.

'A Place in the Sun ', it's base on the book 'An American Tragedy '.
I read the book when I was younger and while I was reading the book a
story was printed in the newspaper saying it been x numbers of years since the crime was committed and that 'An American Tragedy' was base on the crime. I never was able to find the whole story of what happen.

The Road
A 12 year old cold case is reopened when three teens are missing in an old abandoned road where a gruesome murder is left undiscovered for three decades.
