edcuate me to pick the right brand of white chocolate?

One time I tried white chocolate and it was good. I need to find the right kind of white chocolate for the holiday munches. I dont know what is it called either white trash or white chocolate snack mix thanks!

What holiday are you talking about , Christmas ? I heard of white bark chocolate, it has nuts in it, I think it almonds.
 
I think it's Ghirardelli White Confection. Don't get the Nestle kind, it's junk! (Veggie oil instead of cocoa butter)

well, you should say don't get the common Nestle stuff...they Do makes best chocolates in the world..but its not sold to public and only obtained in Switzerland, very expensive too, I know I've had some.

But you may be right because AFAIK I am not sure if nestle have any specialist white chocolates available for cooking, if anything it would likely be only available in their home country...

but yep veggie oil is junk, compared to the real cocoa butter, prices of these plays into it, so mass versus gourmet (whatever its supposed to be, but you get the idea)
 
and why not pick up a couple of those famous NZ's chocolate but then i doubt its exported....
 
I am glad that I brought it up because I had a hard time finding the good white chocolate. I didn't realize that I have to look at the ingredient and check for cocoa butter.

What are you going to made ? I never cooked with white chocolate.

I haven't tried chocolate on them. I only eat them with white chocolate. I cant image if I eat cereal with chocolate. :hmm:
