Law could force Mississippi's only abortion clinic to close

What does that have to do with using the emergency room at the hospital for abortions?

The women who seek abortion because of rape and incest is valid reason by most people, even pro-lifers too, along with women's life in threat.

Try reading. The law does not seek to end abortion. The law seeks to ensure abortions are performed by qualified Doctors who are accountable to the State of Mississippi. Thus, protecting women's health.

but kill the last one abortion clinic.

That does not answer Reba's question. Do you understand the question?

The law doesn't kill the clinic. The clinic's inability to meet standards that ensure women's health is killing the clinic.

My question in #14 is break away from Reba's answer, it is new question for me to ask her.

It is not question to her reply but it is new question.

The new Mississippi law isn't reasonable or fair because abortion clinic already have stringiest regulation in most states.

Also - Reba doesn't ask question because she is just answer so I ask new question for her.

There is no question mark in #11 post.

Oh, I thought it forbid abortions. I didn't read it carefully. Sorry. Anyway it mentions that the doctors at the clinic are OB/GYNs from other states so the law requires them to be certified by the State of Mississippi to perform an abortion and to work at a hospital part-time. Otherwise, they will be fined or the state will close it down. However I don't see how the law protects women's health since they performed many abortions that were not dangerous to women's health.

Completely fair. It is about women's health. Women's health is very important and Women should be ensured that they have Doctor's who are qualified and accountable to the State. Anything less is absolutely unfair to women.

Oh really? Do you have the statistics on this clinic? Are you familiar with their practices, methods and compliance? That might be interesting to know.

When we have stringiest regulation for abortion to protect the women's health and most abortion clinics do meet the stringiest regulation. When Mississippi added new law that effectively kill the last one abortion clinic.

I have disagree with you about new Mississippi law because they are nothing, except for kill the abortion clinic.

The legal abortion is far safe and the fatal from abortion is rare, especially complication, it isn't same as illegal abortion that used with hanger.

All surgeries have risk and complication, based on your logic, we should ban on CI or gastric bypass because all of them have complication, including fatal.

This does not answer my question. Not even remotely. And the second part sounds like the argument of a child.

I guess I hold women's health in higher regard than you. *shrug* So sad.

Perhaps you should read the question more carefully. :)

It means you want end the abortion for most women.

It doesn't protect women's health, IMO.

We don't have statistic for this clinic but I just give you from general statistic over all US.

If you are in doubt, it means the health department in Mississippi could shut the abortion clinic down in long time ago for safety violations.
