I am thinking of whoever removed my two posts (from last night) is a major ass jerk.

I am also thinking of kitty pictures making my day..again, whoever removed them is a certificate idiot. I don't consider that kitty pictures as "trolling."

SMH

At least the adorable FA LA LA LA LA possum picture stayed!!! :)

I understand what you're saying. I think that's a double edged sword for me. I'm an empathetic and compassionate person by nature. Perhaps to a fault at times. I'll keep my distance from him. The semester is almost over, so I shouldn't be seeing him too much anymore.

As long as he doesn't show up to my place of employment, I'm good. Plus, I might be petit, but I'm as strong as an ox so I could kick his ass (or grab his cajones) if need be.

good luck.

I can easily speak on the telephone even though I disconnect my Cochlear implant when using my VCO TTY. I have had the TTY since January 1996.

Aside: I have mentioned before- don't hear voices on a regular telephone with my Implant. I know some persons can and some-like me-don't.

Am thinking how much I dislike having to drive my boys to school whenever they miss the bus....5 miles and fighting the early AM traffic while drinking coffee...fortunately, it doesn't happen too often, tho'.

We won't buy them for our son, either. Given his active life, he is more likely to lose contacts than glasses and they cost more than we want to spend on replacements, he is not likely to follow up on the regular care they require, and his prescription is still changing.

My prescription is always changing. I get new lenses about every 6 months, but I probably should get them earlier than that. And I'd probably lose the contacts. When I'm not wearing my glasses, and I am trying to find them, it's a hopelessly lost cause. I can't see my glasses unless I'm wearing my glasses! I would NEVER be able to find contacts if I were to misplace them - which happens VERY often in my world. :giggle:

Plus, my glasses are a fashion statement for me. I think I look better with my glasses on than without them. So I'll stick with my glasses for now! :cool2:

Ugh, I know how you feel....as for contacts, I stopped wearing them since I take antihistamines, and they dry my eyes out, and dry contacts are not pleasant. I've ripped a few in half while prying them out.

There are new ones out that are supposed to be harmless when dried....we shall see....

Allergies and dry eyes suck. :aw: (What's sad is that I've been doing allergy shots for like 4 years or more. I was supposed to be done with them soon. But, I went back to the doctor a few weeks ago, and based on my "progress", he said that I have to do the shots "indefinetely". :()

Hmm. That's interesting about the contacts that are supposted to be harmless when they are dried. I'm so afraid that the contacts would get like stuck in my eye or something. Or really uncomfortable.

I am thinking that this construction can't get done soon enough for me. Lord, I need to get out of this current house like last month!!

Well, with the weather you've been having lately, you may need to use a boat to get over to the other house. Oh, wait. Wasn't that garage being used to store boats?

With all the rain that Kristina's been having...my guess is that she is singing..."Row, row, row ur boat...gently down the stream".....Believe rain is headed our way also.
