That's one thing he did good but it's Congress we should thank for bringing up a bill for that. They're the ones that introduce bills and get them passed for a president to sign or veto them.

Yes , a woman in one of the cars was deeply moved by all the people standing on the sidewalk in the rain , she said thank you to us. It was so sad seeing the hearse driving toward the beach as this was the fallen vet favorite place to go as a kid. His famliy wanted to drive by the ocean once more with their son.
 
For some reason, since seeing the headline for this thread, and reading all these headlines that Sara has graciously posted, I keep hearing one of Whitney's songs over and over in my head. It's a song that I wish she could have kept herself believing in and maybe she might not have fallen so far.

I have little interest in Whitney Houston, but I do want to say that I often enjoy reading through the links Sara posts.

She is very thorough, and it's all right there!

Sara has my support!
