No official insomnia except when I'm bored, nervous or excited for the next day!
I've found from my experience that exercising till you sweat, take a hot shower and go to bed right after is a great way to fall asleep fast.
Yep, some nights in WV, I would be bored with nothing to do, I'd go jog around in the snow and back for a shower, bed right after. This does not apply during the spring and summer of course.
Lucky guy! I found that the only thing that works for me to to just stay awake till I fall asleep, which can be three days. And yeah, it is from excitement and anticipation of the next job. I don't see what installing a new furnace is to be excited about, but there you have it.
