Sarah Palin signing ILY - cool

So do the Eskimo scouts of the Alaskan National Guard. Years ago, Spetsnaz troops (their version of our U.S. Army's Special Forces) left tracks in Alaska.

Biden still doesn't understand the vice-president duty too. He mixed up Articles I and Articles II.

...and Palin can see Russia from her back door. :laugh2:

If Palin knows so much about the federal government, why couldn't she accurately explain the responsibilities of a Vice-President?

He may have mixed them up, but he at least knew the content of both. I don't think Palin even knows they exist.:giggle:

Has he even bothered to learn signing? Probably not. He's all smooth talk.

Well it's a really nice gesture on Sarah Palin's part. Also saying we have things to contribute, keeping her downs baby and letting her daughter keep her's too. All this is why I like her even though I don't neccessarily like or agree with all her other policies (except where abortion is concerned) but then nobody is perfect. In fact it's rare for me to like anything about politions at all.

No, I just want to curious if Obama's ILY sign picture. Chevy posted a picture of Obama's. I ignored to AD members talk dirty about Sarah. I don't want to argue or discuss with them. It's okay if they don't like her.

You know what? I already met Sarah last Saturday at Rally's. There have 2 interpreters available. I was stand by buffer near to Sarah's speech with 2 switch interpreters. She is very nice! After she done with speech and walked downstairs to buffer. I tested on her. I said ILY sign for test. She said ILY sign back to me. My interpreters saw us. I gave her a handshakes first. I saw she gave a hugs to disability and handicapped people at buffer. I am going to make my own thread. :)

You said that it was a really nice gesture on Palin's part to make the ILY sign. Why don't you say the same thing about Obama? After all, both candidates made the sign.

Obama may be a smooth talker, but at least he can communicate effectively -- unlike Palin who doesn't make sense half the time. Correction: All the time.

As for Palin knowing sign, we don't know if that's true or not. Besides, even if she did, is that a valid reason to vote for her? I don't think so. (By the way, I'd say the same thing about Obama.)

Frankly, I'd prefer that he concentrate on running the country and continue to employ interpreters the way he has throughout his campaign. And, when you stop and think about it, by using several interpreters at each of his speaking engagements, he is already fulfilling his campaign promise of creating jobs for Americans.

I'm glad that you had such a neat experience! :P

The other candidates use interpreters, too, so we can say the same for all of them. :)

Palin spoke in my town just 2 days ago. No terps. I had spies on the look out!:giggle: And no flashing the ILY sign, either.

Number of terps at a Palin rally: 2

Number of terps at an Obama rally: 4

Go, Obama! :D

**nodding in agreement**

Wow! I'm surprised by Palin and Obama visiting Jillio's town. In my city (a large metropolitan area), Obama and McCain held rallies, but not Palin. And Wisconsin is a toss-up state.

When it comes to this election, Ohio is a very important state. It has been said that no Presidential candidate who failed to carry the state of Ohio has gone on to become President. However, I think this election will be an exception since Obama currently has 311 electoral votes to McCain's 132.

Ohio made, itself, a "silicon valley" of the east. The economy goes whack = Ohio goes whack (first). This is not Bush's election-era Ohio. This is Ohio. An Ohio, I hope, is wiser and immune to promises made by politicians who, only, need to acheive office and not (surprise, surprise) promises made.

Ohio is not the battle state. Far from it. You need to watch more closely.

I am watching closely. If you listen to the cable news networks, they *all* talk about how important it is for the candidates to win Ohio.

Take a look at this website and tell me if Ohio isn't a battleground state:

Ohio: McCain vs. Obama

If you don't think Ohio is a battleground state, then *you're* the one who's not paying attention.
