Sports help with adrenaline but part of it is it forces you to take deeper breaths. Two in the nose and one out the mouth (sort of like lamas breathing but slower and more intentional) is a scientifically backed way to calm the nervous system. Animals do it, too. I learned that from a Stanford Neuro Psychologist. Getting outside and scanning the horizon with your eyes can help, it is supposed to work on the trapped feeling and get us out of the "fight or flight" mode. Make a list of things you are grateful for; seeing a list of things that are going well can help remind us that is isn't all bad. ya know? Mindfulness is a powerful practice.

Take care

When I faced the problem of burnout, I was so depressed and had to look for ways to calm down. What really helped me was drawing, long walks, and swimming. Also, taking a warm bath helps me relax. It so happened that later I worked with the guys from https://www.topessaywriting.org/samples/medicine and wrote an article about stress during an intense study period. Here are key strategies to alleviate it: exercise, take days off, limit study hours per day, take breaks, develop a support system, dedicate time for fun, eat well, minimize distractors, sleep well, study with others, identify suitable study space, recognize feelings of burnout are normal.
